Many schools require students to be at junior standing and have completed business core courses before admittance into the major. Core courses include Finance, Small Business Management, Economics, Business Law, Marketing, and Accounting. A major component of most bachelor degree Entrepreneurship programs includes business plan development and writing. Students are taught how to write a successful business plan in order to receive funding for their potential businesses. Networking is also taught as students learn the value of making strategic business relationships.
